Will I be able to drive the vehicle myself?No, our vehicles are not to be driven unless the owner provides explicit permission to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience.

Do I need a driver’s license to request a vehicle?No, although all our vehicles have accompanying drivers, we require a minimum of 1 identification document.

How do the vehicles reach my desired location?All our vehicles are driven or alternatively transported for your total convenience.

What areas of the country do you cover?We provide services across the whole of the UK, however, location may limit vehicle variety.

Is smoking or eating allowed in the vehicle?Smoking and eating are strictly not permitted in any vehicles unless advised otherwise.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations made 1 week before the booking will receive a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
